PREPARE/ENRICH helps couples experiencing communication challenges, recurring conflict, uncertainty about the future, or difficulty navigating transitions such as engagement, marriage, parenting, or career changes. It is also well suited for couples who want to proactively strengthen their relationship rather than waiting for problems to arise.

How PREPARE/ENRICH for Couples is Structured.
The process begins with each partner completing the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment individually, followed by structured counseling sessions guided by a trained facilitator. Sessions focus on reviewing results, engaging in meaningful discussions, and practicing practical exercises tailored to the couple’s unique strengths and growth areas. Faith integration is available for couples who desire it.
