A Note from Lindsey —
“I began my own counseling journey at sixteen, during a season marked by a major school transition, growing strain in my relationships, and a complicated relationship with my faith. I had become overwhelmed by depression and couldn’t see a path forward. I still remember the tangible relief of walking out of my very first therapy session with lighter shoulders than when I walked in. My own counseling experience planted a deep love in me for meeting others in the midst of their own stories.
Perhaps you find yourself in a chapter that feels dark or confusing, with questions that seem to have no clear answers, and you’re longing for a steady companion along the way. Or maybe you’re in a season of growth—where life feels full and expansive, and you’re seeking support as you navigate all that’s unfolding. I believe the pressure points of our lives often hold the greatest potential for insight, healing, and transformation. When approached with curiosity and care, they can become invitations to deepen our understanding of ourselves and allow for new ways of thinking.
I hold a holistic view of the person, believing we are made up of spirit, soul, and body—each deeply connected and continually influencing the others. Because of this, I invite gentle exploration of how emotional health, spiritual life, and physical well-being interact. As we grow in this understanding, we’re better able to meet ourselves with kindness, experience healing in the places we feel most stuck, and learn new patterns that help shape the life we long for.
My hope is to walk alongside you in this growth as we meet the tender places of your story with gentleness, curiosity, and compassion.”
“She had the feeling that somehow, in the very far-off places, perhaps even in far-off ages, there would be a meaning found to all sorrow and an answer too fair and wonderful to be as yet understood.”
